Inter Women, Sassarini: “The girls were excellent in the details”

Inter Women are enjoying their victory over Lazio and, after the match, also received Sassarini’s assessment. The Nerazzurri coach identified precision in their play as one of the decisive elements of the performance, praising the response produced by his players.

“The girls were excellent in the details,” Sassarini explained. His comment referred to the aspects that often shape a match: concentration, correct reading of situations and the ability to turn the work done during the week into results. Against the Biancocelesti, the team therefore showed itself to be effective and capable of controlling the most important phases of the contest.

The success over Lazio, already described as a clear three-goal victory, keeps Inter Women attached to the leading positions and allows them to look ahead with confidence. Sassarini’s words capture a win built on concentration, after a week in which the Nerazzurri squad had worked on the quality of its execution. For the team, attention to detail remains a concrete key to maintaining consistency and strengthening its ambitions for the season.
