Feyenoord-Inter, referee appointed for the Champions League clash
UEFA has confirmed the officiating team for matchday four: Inter will face Feyenoord on Tuesday.
UEFA has confirmed the officiating team for Feyenoord-Inter, a match scheduled for the fourth round of the Champions League. The game will be played on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at 21:00, with the Nerazzurri facing Feyenoord Rotterdam away from home. The appointment is one of the final organisational steps ahead of the European meeting.
The fixture comes at a demanding moment for Inter, who have just completed three closely spaced Serie A matches. Cristian Chivu’s side beat Fiorentina 2-1 on 25 October, defeated Venezia 2-0 on 28 October and then lost the derby 3-1 to Milan on Saturday, 31 October. The referee will therefore be required to manage a major international contest, with particular attention on incidents in the penalty area and cooperation with VAR.
For Inter, the trip to Feyenoord comes before the Serie A home match against Como, scheduled for Sunday, 8 November, at 18:00. The next league fixture will be Atalanta-Inter on Sunday, 22 November, at 20:45. Before then, the Nerazzurri must focus solely on the fourth matchday of their European campaign.
