Venezia, Nicola discusses Bella-Kotchap and Duncan before Inter clash

On the eve of the match against Inter, scheduled for Wednesday 28 October at 18:30, Venezia coach Davide Nicola discussed two members of his squad. The Arancioneroverde manager focused on Bella-Kotchap and Duncan, offering useful indications ahead of the meeting with the Nerazzurri.

Nicola identified Bella-Kotchap as a possible option in the “braccetto” role, meaning a defender in a back three. The tactical indication could give Venezia more alternatives during the game. The coach also spoke positively about Duncan, describing the midfielder as an intelligent player who can read situations and provide his contribution to the team’s plan.

For Inter, this is the next official fixture after three consecutive wins across Serie A and the Champions League. The Nerazzurri beat Bologna 3-1 on 17 October, Shakhtar 1-0 on 21 October and Fiorentina 2-1 on 25 October. After the trip to Venezia, the schedule brings the derby against Milan on 31 October at 20:45, followed by the European clash with Feyenoord on 3 November at 21:00.
