Marazzina: “Inter’s Scudetto is in Chivu’s hands”

Massimo Marazzina considers Cristian Chivu the central figure in Inter’s Scudetto challenge. In an interview published on November 6, the former striker placed the responsibility for guiding the team toward the most important target on the Nerazzurri coach, highlighting the importance of his choices and management.

The assessment comes after a week of contrasting results: Inter lost 3-1 to Milan in Serie A, then responded with a 3-0 victory away to Feyenoord in the Champions League. Marazzina also discussed Roma, who, in his view, need to show greater maturity in European competitions. Within the league picture, he also called for better performances from Piccoli and Dovbyk.

Inter’s next test is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, at 18:00 against Como 1907 in Serie A. It will be a chance to build on the European victory and put the derby setback behind them. After Como, Inter will face Atalanta on November 22 at 20:45, before their Champions League meeting with Stuttgart on November 25 at 21:00.
