Inter to play without sponsor against Feyenoord: Dutch law is the reason
The Nerazzurri will take the field in Rotterdam without their main sponsor because of local restrictions on gambling advertising.
Inter will face Feyenoord without the main sponsor’s logo on the front of their shirt. The decision will apply to the Champions League match scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. at De Kuip in Rotterdam, and is not the result of a last-minute sporting or commercial choice.
The reason is Dutch legislation, which imposes strict limits on the visibility of companies linked to gambling in sporting competitions. To comply with the local rules, the Nerazzurri will therefore wear a shirt without the logo normally displayed on the first-team jersey. The rest of the kit will remain unchanged, including Inter’s colors and official references.
This unusual detail will accompany an important European fixture, following the 2-0 win away to Venezia and the subsequent 3-1 defeat in the derby against Milan. After returning from the Netherlands, Inter will be back at San Siro on Sunday, November 8, at 6:00 p.m. to face Como in Serie A. The Feyenoord match, however, is the club’s next official commitment.
