Inter sends birthday wishes to the coach on his special day

It is a special day at Inter. Today, Wednesday 28 October 2026, the Nerazzurri club sent its birthday wishes to Cristian Chivu with an official message published on the day of his birthday. The tribute to the coach comes during a particularly demanding week for the team, with several fixtures close together.

Inter’s communication was accompanied by a straightforward celebratory message for its coach. The occasion falls in the middle of the season and during an intense part of the schedule: after the European victory over Shakhtar, the squad must immediately return to league action. The club chose to mark the coach’s day through its official channels, without adding further statements.

Chivu receives the wishes before today’s away match against Venezia FC, scheduled for 18:30. Inter arrive after three consecutive victories: 3-1 at Bologna, 1-0 against Shakhtar and 2-1 over Fiorentina. On Saturday 31 October at 20:45, the derby against Milan awaits, while Feyenoord will host Inter in the Champions League on Tuesday 3 November at 21:00.
