Inter and Juventus are currently Italy’s reference points for the quality and continuity of their youth academies. This is the conclusion of an analysis published by Rivista Undici, which highlights the importance of both clubs in developing young footballers.
The comparison with the leading foreign academies paints a less positive picture: both Inter and Juventus remain some distance behind the top clubs in other countries. For Inter, the assessment confirms the value of its work while also showing the room for growth needed to compete at the highest international level.
