Inter and Milan’s future stadium will be called Generali Stadium
The clubs have reached a naming-rights agreement for the new San Siro venue, scheduled to open in the 2031/32 season.
The future stadium planned for Inter and Milan now has an official name: Generali Stadium. The two clubs have reached a naming-rights agreement with Generali, an Italian insurance group that also ranks among the leading companies in Europe.
The announcement was made during a media briefing held in Milan at the Castello Sforzesco. The project concerns the San Siro area, with the venue expected to open during the 2031/32 season. Its design will be distinctive, featuring a diagonal layout and a bowl-shaped structure.
For Inter, the new venue is one of the key elements in the club’s future alongside Milan. In the meantime, the Nerazzurri are preparing for the Serie A derby scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 20:45 against AC Milan. The match follows three straight wins: a 1-0 Champions League victory over Shaktar on October 21, a 2-1 league success against Fiorentina on October 25 and a 2-0 away win at Venezia FC on October 28.
Inter’s schedule will continue on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 21:00 with the Champions League trip to Feyenoord Rotterdam. On Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 18:00, Como 1907 will visit Inter.
