Garonetti: “Preparation was thorough despite the limited time”

Garonetti spoke at a press conference about the work carried out by Inter in preparation for their next game. The main focus of his remarks was the limited time available between one fixture and the next, a recurring challenge for the Nerazzurri at this stage of the season. Despite the tight schedule, the team followed the planned programme and approached the appointment with the necessary focus.

“The match was prepared well despite the few days available,” Garonetti explained. His statement reflects an intense week in which Inter had to combine recovery, analysis of the opposition and work on the training ground. The message from the conference was that of a focused group, able to adapt to a crowded schedule without overlooking the details of its preparation.

Inter go into the fixture after three consecutive wins: a 3-1 victory at Bologna, a 1-0 Champions League success against Shakhtar and a 2-1 win over Fiorentina. The next appointment is today, Wednesday 28 October, at 18:30, away to Venezia. After the trip to the Penzo, the schedule will bring the derby against Milan on Saturday 31 October at 20:45.
