Derby, Curva Nord returns with choreography and Milan mockery
In the 3-1 derby defeat, Inter fans brought back the choreographies and displayed a new message aimed at their Rossoneri rivals.
The Milan derby was not played only on the pitch. During the match on October 31, which Milan won 3-1, Inter’s Curva Nord brought back a choreography in the stands, restoring one of the most anticipated features of the city rivalry. The display accompanied the game alongside the usual messages aimed at the Rossoneri supporters.
The Nerazzurri fans once again chose irony, preparing a taunt directed at the Milan section of the stadium. A new banner aimed at Milan also appeared alongside the choreography, an initiative designed to underline the local rivalry and raise the atmosphere around the derby. The return of the displays brought colour back to a fixture that instead left Inter with considerable disappointment on the pitch.
For Cristian Chivu’s team, the 3-1 defeat to Milan is the latest official result, following wins over Fiorentina and Venezia. The response must come immediately in the Champions League: on Tuesday, November 3 at 21:00, Inter will visit Feyenoord. Then, on Sunday, November 8 at 18:00, the Serie A match against Como is scheduled at San Siro.
