Cristian Chivu celebrates his birthday: Serie A sends its wishes
Serie A celebrates Cristian Chivu today, on the Inter coach’s birthday, during a demanding period for the Nerazzurri.
The Nerazzurri calendar includes a special occasion today: Monday, October 26, 2026, Cristian Chivu celebrates his birthday. Serie A dedicated a message to the Inter coach, using its official channels to send him its best wishes. The tribute arrives in the middle of an especially demanding week for the team.
No further details about the coach’s age or statements connected with the occasion were released. The birthday comes a few days after Inter’s Champions League win over Shakhtar, beaten 1-0 on October 21, and one day after the 2-1 home victory against Fiorentina. For Chivu, therefore, it is a brief pause before returning his full attention to the daily work at the club.
Inter will visit Venezia on Wednesday, October 28, at 18:30, in Serie A matchday nine. The schedule then brings the derby against Milan on Saturday, October 31, at 20:45, followed by the European trip to Feyenoord on Tuesday, November 3, at 21:00, in the fourth Champions League matchday. The team enters this run after three straight wins in league and Europe: 3-1 at Bologna, 1-0 against Shakhtar and 2-1 versus Fiorentina.
